EXPERIENCE

Alex J. Miller has been a practicing attorney since 1971. He has over thirty-eight years experience in a corporate and commercial law practice, representing hundreds of clients, both businesses and individuals. With a practice currently centered around matters involving profit and non-profit business formation, business entities, commercial and real estate transactions, estate planning and general civil litigation, Mr. Miller is also experienced in matters involving motor carrier regulation and licensing, having practiced in the field of transportation law on both the State and Federal levels since he was admitted to practice in 1971. Mr. Miller is admitted to practice before all State and Federal Courts in the state of Michigan, The United States Court of Appeals, District of Columbia Circuit and before the United States Supreme Court.
